Professional Development Institute
Launched in 2008, BBYO's Professional Development Institute (PDI) provides BBYO professionals a Free MBA with a focus in non-profit management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University - ranked as one of the top 20 business schools in the country.
The PDI program also provides a formal Jewish learning component including a Certificate in Informal Jewish Education from Hebrew College in Boston. This certificate will combine Jewish learning in the United States and Israel with experience in informal Jewish education in the classroom and in the field.
Finally, PDI has a strong mentoring component designed to match participants with seasoned Jewish professionals across the country, allowing access to knowledge beyond the classroom.
